What date am I expected to wear the Amazon Air uniform?
A. The date that ATI Flight crews are to be wearing the branded Amazon Air uniforms is all flights signing in after 9PM EST on Oct. 31, 2021
How do I order uniforms?
A. There are three methods to order your uniforms: by order form, website, and call in.

What quantities of each item am I expected to order?
A. (5) shirts (can be a combination of short or long sleeve to total 5), (1) set of wings, (1) set of epaulettes, (2) pants, (1) reversible belt, (1) knit sweater jacket, (1) leather jacket, (1) rain shell jacket and (1) safety vest
When will I receive my uniform?
A. Once your order is placed, it typically takes 7-8 business days for the package to arrive. UPS shipment tracking numbers will be sent to the email address you provide on the order form.
What should I do if I the sizes I ordered do not fit me well or I receive incorrect items?
A. Each package will contain a Return/Exchange form along with a pre-paid RTS (Return Service Label) to Exchange your uniform items for another size. You may also return and exchange at the Crew Outfitters store location at CVG.

Will I be allowed to send back one style item in exchange for other style item? ex. send back the two long sleeve shirts for two more short sleeve shirts?
A. Only exchanges for the same item with a different size will be permitted for the initial order of the Amazon Air uniform complement.
Will I be charged for the initial order of the Amazon Air uniform?
A. There will be no cost to the crewmember for the initial Amazon Air uniform complement; however, any additional items outside of the designated pieces will be at the expense of the crewmember.
When and where will I be able to purchase more uniform items?
A. You will be able to purchase the Amazon Air uniform pieces as needed starting Dec. 1, 2021. The items will be available for purchase at the Crew Outfitters location in CVG, online at https://ati.crewoutfitters.com, or via e-mailed order form to ATIorders@crewoutfitters.com.
